《Messa di Voce》

Golan Levin (US)

Messa di Voce

The audience is welcomed to vocalize or to move, this work will respond to the sounds and movements they make.
Messa di Voce was created by Golan Levin and Zach Lieberman originally for stage performance. It responds to sounds of all kinds of wavelength, such as coughs, screams, meows or barks. . . and transforms them into visions. The audience is welcomed to speak, sing or cry out as they want and their voices to be “seen” through this installation. Messa di Voce was a recipient of Honorary Mention at the 2006 Ars Electronica.
