“Chinese whispers” is a classical multi-player game, in which a message is passed through a line of people until the last player announces the message to the entire group. The message announced by the last player always differs significantly from the one uttered by the first. What would this simple experiment look like if human players are substituted by robots in this game?

Artist Introduction

Born in 1984, I-Yeh Wu earned his master’s degree in computer art from Goldsmiths, University of London. His recent works not only focus on the approximation of personal perception by virtue of computer programs, images, installations and texts, but also explore the possibility of communication between self and others.
