‘For 2015 Digital Art Festival, Taipei, the Brussels duet “Supernova” will present a special 30 minute live performance mixing poetic elements (from their personal archives) with some field recordings on electronic/organic -dreamy or more groovy- soundscapes, with live vocals added on this special blend. A multi cinematic set for your ears only.
“Supernova” was initiated in early 2012 in Brussels by musician/curator Philippe Franck and musician/hybrid artist Gauthier Keyaerts to explore various contemporary sound constellations. The combo play with the usual musical-artistic classifications depending on contexts, to create an audio libertarian universe ranging from post pop song to electronic/cinematic landscapes, poetry or sound art. Supernova is an evolving multifaceted and nomadic project.
