女孩總是倚靠著牆壁，聆聽鄰居們歡樂的喧鬧聲，期待自己也能擁有這種喜悅與歡鬧，特別在她生日的這一天。女孩依照畫好的設計圖，細心佈置家裡的每個角落，待一切就緒後，女孩在窗邊期盼著父母返家。然而天色漸暗，女孩依舊隻身等待，牆的另一頭卻傳來陣陣歡笑，女孩的期待化為滿滿的失落……此時門鈴響起，會是誰在門外呢？
Childhood affects everyone's life, and the missing love virtually affects children's values of social standards and thinking. What is the definition of home? I miss my family because their company means a sense of security to me. In the end, what is companionship? Seeming simple, but it is the origin of the sense of security and trust. If you miss the companionship, there might be a missing piece in your life
Studying at Animation Team, Department of Visual Communication Design, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Huang, Yu-Ting fell in love with animation movies in high school, and started to learn animation. Films of Tim Burton were her favorite, due to that the vividly portray of the roles and actions was very impressed. She started her very first puppet animated short "Missing Piece" in 2012.
